Sign off and ship
Pay for each milestone once you've signed it off. Source, docs and deployment notes come with it, and the same team handles later changes.

Does briefing you cost anything?
Briefing us, talking it through, and getting an approach and a price all cost nothing. Billing starts only once you have agreed and signed, and you can walk away any time before that.
How does payment work? Do I pay up front?
No. We split the project into milestones. You sign off on each one and pay for it after it lands. Progress and the amount per milestone are visible in your Client Center.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. On sign-off we hand over the source, docs, design files and the associated IP, and we do not reuse it for other clients. We are happy to sign an NDA.
What happens after launch?
Every delivery comes with a three-month warranty: defects on our side are fixed free. After that you can take an annual maintenance contract, or just come back when you need changes — same team either way.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. Mini programs and admin tools usually run 4–8 weeks; system integration and AI work take longer. The proposal spells out a date for each milestone, and we do not move them lightly.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. We invoice after each milestone is signed off — general or special VAT invoice — normally within three working days.
